Refund policy

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please note the following conditions:

  • You have up to 30 calendar days from the time of delivery of the order to request an exchange/return.
  • The product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged. A refund or exchange will be issued after verifying that the product is returned in the specified condition.
  • No refunds are accepted from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
  • You will need to fill out the contact form or contact us directly at info@respiraseguro.es so that we can process your request and generate the return shipping label.
  • After you contact us, we will send you a return label and instructions. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to arrange the return shipping yourself, please let us know by email and we will provide you with the instructions.

STEPS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. Please remember that you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return. After this period, we will not accept exchanges or returns.

2. Send the completed form to the store's email address. Subject: Return/Exchange + order number .

We will send you a label to the email address you use to contact us, which you must print and stick on the outside of the package you wish to return/exchange (make sure it is legible and that it is not torn or damaged).

3. Once we receive the product, its condition will be checked. If your request is approved, we will review the following:
If your return is authorized, you will receive an email notification that your return was successfully processed.

  • If you chose to receive a refund, it will be processed according to the payment method used for your original purchase.
  • Amounts paid by card or express payment will be refunded by the same means used for payment.
